Board of Directors and Staff
Jersey Central FCU is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for guiding the operation of the credit union. Directors are elected from within the field of membership.
Board Members:
- Louis Ellis - Chairman
- Michael Underwood - Vice-Chairman
- Kevin Allen - Secretary
- Christofer Chichester - Treasurer
- Charles Kulda - Director
The Board also appoints a Supervisory Committee to act as an independent audit arm.
Supervisory Committee Members:
- Rene Gordon - Committee Chairman
- Charles Kulda - Committee Vice-Chairman
- Donald Hutton - Committee Member
The staff manages the day-to-day operation of the credit union, based on policies and procedures established by the Board.
