2 Vehicle Loans: Published rate is base rate available for qualified borrowers only. Rates include 0.25% reduction for automatic payment from your JCFCU account. Loan decision, APR, terms of loan, year, make, model and loan to value of vehicle and/or amount borrowed are all subject to applicant credit worthiness. Must be a member in good standing and meet all lending requirements. Vehicles eligible for new auto loan rates are current or previous model year or newer, with fewer than 3,000 miles. Vehicles eligible for used auto loan or refinance rates are 9 years old or newer. Interest accrues from the date the loan is funded. All loans are subject to credit review and approval.

3 Home Equity Loans: Published rate is base rate available for qualified borrowers only. Rates include 0.25% reduction for automatic payment from your JCFCU account. Actual rate based on individual creditworthiness, length and type of loan. Rates and terms subject to change at any time. Interest accrues from the date the loan is funded. Combined Loan-To-Value (CLTV) ratio up to 80%. Home equity loans are available in all states. State specific fees may apply at closing. Satisfactory Homeowners’ Insurance is required. Satisfactory Flood Insurance may be required. Title Insurance may be required for certain loans based on loan amount. Eligible properties include owner-occupied, 1-4 family residences, investment properties, second homes, vacation homes, cooperatives, mobile homes, and manufactured homes. Consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of interest charges for these loans.

To qualify as a “New Deposit” funds must not have been in a JCFCU account at any time during the prior 90 days from the date of certificate deposit.
