2024 Annual Meeting Notice
Jersey Central Federal Credit Union will be conducting its Annual Membership Meeting on May 23, 2024. All members are welcome to attend, either in-person or virtually. Please RSVP to the credit union if you plan on attending.Cyber Security Incident
December 2, 2023: One of our business partners reported being the victim of an isolated cyber security incident this past week. There is currently no evidence of any JCFCU member data that has been compromised and we are reporting this out of an abundance of caution.This incident has caused a disruption in some of the services we provide and we apologize for any inconvenience. Coronavirus Update (3/23/2020)
As we continue to navigate these uncertain times, the safety and well-being of our members and employees remains our top priority. With that in mind, we are announcing some additional changes to our operating environment..Effective today, March 23, 2020, our office hours will be 9:00-3:00, Monday through Friday. Staff is available during this time, however, no walk-in traffic is permitted. You can reach us by telephone, email, or fax.

Please know that all back-office functions are still taking place. Transactions are being processed as usual so you can trust that your accounts are being taken care of.
This is a great time to take advantage of the digital resources that we have available. You can always access your accounts via online banking or by using our mobile app when it's most convenient for you. These services can be used 24/7 to check balances, make payments, transfer money, deposit checks and more.
If you need to access cash we have more than 50,000 surcharge free ATM's available within our Allpoint Network. We continue to closely monitor this situation and evaluate additional measures that may be required. Equifax Data Breach Settlement
In September of 2017, Equifax announced a data breach that exposed the personal information of 147 million people. The company has agreed to a global settlement with the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and 50 U.S. states and territories.
