Cyber Security Incident
December 2, 2023: One of our business partners reported being the victim of an isolated cyber security incident this past week. There is currently no evidence of any JCFCU member data that has been compromised and we are reporting this out of an abundance of caution.This incident has caused a disruption in some of the services we provide and we apologize for any inconvenience. You can always access your accounts via online banking or by using our mobile app when it's most convenient for you. These services can be used 24/7 to check balances, make payments, transfer money, deposit checks and more.

Equifax Data Breach Settlement
In September of 2017, Equifax announced a data breach that exposed the personal information of 147 million people. The company has agreed to a global settlement with the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and 50 U.S. states and territories.
